As our new Software Tester your role is central to the delivery of TDX's key commercial growth across the UK portfolio.

You will be responsible ensuring the quality of our new and existing flagship products within our agile development teams. The role will see you interact with colleagues across IT to drive out requirements in order to generate and refine acceptance criteria, maintain and execute test suites and assist in user acceptance testing.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who have an eye for detail, a strong passion for learning and innovating, and a drive to stay up-to-date with current best practices.

Key responsibilities of the Software Tester include:

Able to breakdown complex problems and requirements into solutions. Balances good testing practice, maintainability, company goals, regulatory requirements and user needs into testing solutions, and troubleshooting capability. Able to work within the software testing life cycle and take ownership of testing projects. Able to help define the testing strategy for projects to create the best outcomes for customers. Understands infrastructure changes to support testing of solutions and is comfortable in testing large systems. Provides support and guidance to the wider department, and will be the go-to for advice on specific test approaches and contributes to the planning of solution testing. Understands and implements the GDPR Act with respect to company physical and information assets. Refines product backlog items (PBIs), features and items from requirement specifications to ensure that they are both testable and have agreed acceptance criteria.
Required experience for the Software Tester:
BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience. Knowledge of software development life cycle and software testing lifecycle Systematic approach to problem solving and workload. Exceptional attention to detail and documentation of testing and results.
Desired experience for the Software Tester:
Exposure to the .Net or C# languages. Experience within Scrum or Agile environments Exposure to Automation tools such as Selenium Experience with relational databases (in particular MS SQL Server) Experience of testing web based applications Knowledge and use of Microsoft Visual Studio and Test Manager Knowledge of OWASP and security best practices

Supplier Sourcing Manager

As our new Supplier Sourcing  Manager your role is central to the delivery of TDX's key commercial growth across the UK business. 

You will manage and develop commercial and contractual engagement with 3rd party suppliers, primarily Debt Collection Agencies whilst being responsible for membership of the TDX Group supplier panel. This role will involve working with existing agencies and sourcing new agencies from the market to maintain and expand panel capabilities.

The role will see you play a crucial part in the success of the business by being responsible for RFPs issued to the supplier panel and the selection of agencies to work debt segment placements.

Key responsibilities of the Supplier Sourcing Manager:
Play a key part in driving the performance of TDX Group by ensuring access to, and selection of, the best suppliers in the market. Work with existing suppliers to maintain and maximise commercial relationships with TDX Group. Create and nurture relationships between various internal teams (including implementation, sales, operations, commercial, and legal teams) to ensure successful outcomes on contract negotiations, growth, new opportunities and service development. Maintain advanced industry knowledge to support other business areas across TDX Group/Equifax Ltd and its clients. Development of commercial and supplier incentive models, ensuring alignment to broader commercial objectives of TDX, and moving away from purely contingent reward models. Maintain correct governance to review contractual and commercial aspects of supplier relationships. Analysing and identifying risks within our supplier panel and mitigation of over-reliance on suppliers. Work with the commercial team to develop pricing/commercial propositions that drive best value for TDX, its' clients and the suppliers. Provide input to plans and strategies for the team, department, and client initiatives.

Required experience for the Supplier Sourcing Manager:  
Minimum 2 years' experience in a contract management, supplier management, category management or similar commercial/ procurement role. Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels of seniority. Excellent written and oral communications alongside strong numerate and analytical ability. Possess good negotiation skills with both internal/external parties. Proven commercial acumen within a service delivery environment. Ability to work to tight timescales and complete work to a high standard.

Desired experience for the Supplier Sourcing Manager:
Educated to Bachelor's Degree level. Previous experience of working in a supplier environment. Facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
