Salary: £36,500 OTE £66,500 (Pro rata19,500 OTE £31,500)

Based in South West London, this business coaching company is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join the team on a part-time basis.

Their focus is on supporting local business owners in building the business they dreamed of and giving business owners choice in their lives.  This usually means helping them make more profit AND helping them work less hours – in essence supporting them in becoming business owners so that their business can ultimately work without them and not continuing being busily self-employed. 

Key features of the role

Initial Lead Generation:
Deliver each of the key steps of the sales process:
Manage Soffront CRM:
Track and report KPI’s:
Attend training to build skills and depth of understanding of ActionCOACH sales systems and processes.
Support the coach on social media – keeping the website up to date, posting articles etc.Support Coach at sales seminars (adhoc, may be in the evening).

What training and support you can expect

A part of the world’s largest and most successful business coaching organisation you will have access to a whole toolkit of resources including training materials and recommended scripts.

A full week’s residential training will be given at our lead generation centre in Sheffield (candidates should be available for training for the week commencing Monday 3 December – all expenses covered).

Local support direct from the Business Owner who will be on hand to discuss issues and suggestions you may have.
