Account Manager for Financial Services
£34,000 to £38,000 per year
You will take responsibility for a number of Client Accounts to provide a telephone based account management service. You will be able to build upon your initial experience working in the financial services sector to build and maintain first-class client relationships and take your career to the next level through growing their portfolios and increasing revenues.
Skills and Experience:Two years’ experience working within the wealth management/financial advice sector, ideally from within an IFA practice, product provider or mortgage provider Account Management experience, managing SLA and KPIs Financial Sales experience would be a bonus Dip CII, FPC or an equivalent qualification is preferred
Role and Responsibilities:
Through a solid understanding of your client’s business, you will be tasked with identifying all needs and opportunities within your current Accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key personnel within your portfolio of Accounts and optimising their use of the Intelligent Office product range to manage their current business transactions. You will be assisting in the roll-out of key projects from client requests, becoming a point of escalation for the Support Team for any unresolved issues, providing regular updates to your line manager on client developments and any issues raised; whilst maintaining accurate client records of all activity and producing documentation to the highest standards for external and internal clients and stakeholders.

Software Support Analyst
£30,000 per year
We are looking to attract a Software Support Analyst to join a well-established business who have been enjoying a sustained period of continued growth and with internal promotions are now looking to add a new Support Analyst to their team. Previous experience working in the financial services industry would be very useful as you will answering calls and providing product support to a number of external clients as well as internal customers.
Skills and Experience:Previous experience working in a technical support team operating in the financial services industry IT Service Desk and/or IT Helpdesk in a corporate environment is required for familiarity with IT systems and strong administration/prioritization skills Ongoing training and mentoring of fellow team members (as and when required) Proficient in all areas of MS Office First class communication skills (verbal and written)
Role and Responsibilities:Service and Helpdesk support – answering support calls from clients/customers Logging calls on their internal system, taking ownership of queries, investigating and resolving queries and/or escalating them to the 1st/2nd line support team Continually working with the internal Account Management Team and key members of staff on improving business processes Assisting with remote telephone training for new users joining your external clients
