The Role:

Reporting to the Accommodation Operations Manager and situated in Grangemouth, the role of Cabin Operative involves preparing cabins for delivery to the customer.

You will work with both High Security and modular accommodation. You must be able to work as part of a high performing team.

Due to the fast-paced nature of the hire industry, employees need to demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing demands.

Duties:

Performing checks and basic repairs to cabins such as changing door handles, replacing wall boards, building base units, fixing burst pipes, some painting. You will be required to use various hand tools. All work done & parts used are recorded for example, on timesheets, check lists and job sheets. General labouring within the department including tidying up, preparing cabins for painting and possibly assisting paint, putting out waste, carrying furniture from/to the cabin according to the Customer order. Occasionally, you will work on customers sites where necessary & follow all site rules re-signing in, reporting PPE, Safety, etc. You will undertake all work with due regard for quality, productivity & safety. Attend breakdowns where necessary and perform on site repairs and installations. Complete job sheets, picking lists, timesheets and any other necessary paperwork.

Forklift experience would be desirable but not essential.

We are recruiting for an AccommodationCleaner to work in our Grangemouth Depot. You will be expected to deliver a high quality service towards the turn around of our accommodation hire fleet cleaning portable offices, canteens, drying rooms and toilets. This requires working on units in the Accommodation yard in Grangemouth but mainly inside the units.

Hours of work are 8:00 – 13:00 Mon – Fri and every second Saturday

The Candidate:

To be considered for this position candidates should have:

Demonstrable experience in working in a similar cleaning environment. The ability to work on their own. The ability and willingness to carry out various cleaning processes i.e. vacuuming, carpet cleaning, toilet cleaning, maintaining a clean kitchen, sweeping and polishing. The ability to access equipment safely. The ability to carry out instructions and work with minimum supervision. Ensure waste is disposed in the correct recycling or general waste bins.

Duties you will be expected to carry out are:

Removing litter from accommodation units after a hire. Washing down the walls, windows, worktops, furniture, doors & floors of the accommodation units.

The position of Sales Support / Major Accounts Administrator requires excellent communication and administrative skills, and a good awareness of internal software systems

An example of the key objectives involved in this position include, but are not limited to the following:

Professionally and effectively liaise with Sales & Operations colleagues.

Manage Major Account Service Level Agreements.

Produce Account Activity reports.

Excellent communication skills when dealing with customers required.

Must be computer literate & a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including a competent grasp of Excel is essential.

Hours

8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break.
