This role will be to support the business as a whole, but in particular the SMT and Management team, specifically by managing a number of daily, weekly and monthly audit reports for the SMT and Management Team, managing and attending meetings for the SMT, creating the monthly SMT board report which is presented to the Managing Director.
This role will also entail organizing and leading all forms of communications, events and general administration for Lowell Solicitors. In particularly LSL intranet Page, LSL Screens, Email Communications, uploading communications onto Evolve, managing and organizing the Drive Committee under the Case Admin Manager.

In addition, this role will be required to assist the Executive Assistant Lead by managing the MD's calendar when Executive Assistant Lead is unavailable, organizing SMT and Management Teams travel, liaise and have communications with Suppliers and Customers.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Creation and distribution of SMT monthly board report which is presented to the full SMT and MD of the firm for the monthly performance meeting. The completion of SMT, Management and Team Leader Audit Packs, including; Log in Log Out, Shrinkage, OPMAR and BOPMAR and highlighting any trends or issues with the SMT. Attend, minute and present at the Head of Operations weekly and monthly Managers Meeting presenting any audit trends and highlighting any issues. Looking to continuously improve trend analysis methodology and presentation format using all Microsoft packages. Organize, facilitate and minute meetings for the SMT and Management Team. Take the lead in coordination of all communication activity, ensuring alignment with Group, including managing and leading the contents for the Intranet, TV Screens and email communications. Manage, communicate and upload any policy and procedural communicational changes within the business. Planning and implementing incentive days, as well as managing the budget for the Incentive Committee (Drive). Manage stationary ordering, including printer supplies and the stationary budget. Diary management for all business meeting rooms and ensuring meeting rooms are fully equipped on a weekly basis. Organise departmental Observe and Learns. Support the reengineering of Business Support processes and procedures so they are efficient and fit-for-purpose. E.g. OPMAR, Log in log out, DRIVE, EVOLVE, Staff Planner, Saturday Rota and Shrinkage. Support for the Executive Assistant Lead with other duties including; Deputising for the Executive Assistant Lead role when Executive Assistant Lead is out of the office, managing the MD's calendar. Booking Travel and Accommodation for the SMT and Managers Organising and Facilitating Senior Management meetings Organising external & supplier meetings for the SMT Support the sick line contact and provide sickness reporting to SMT Folder management of the LSL folder structure Creation and maintenance of all LSL email distribution groups Any other duties required by SMT or LSL Management team
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Experience of data analysis, trend identification and creating data reports Experience of diary management, taking minutes and organizing meetings Experience of supporting stakeholders at Senior Management level and above Excellent knowledge/application of Microsoft Office Intermediate Excel Skills - e.g. using pivot tables, formulas, sorting and filtering data Other desirable IT/ systems skills? Above and beyond current role requirements… Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to take direction quickly and effectively manage conflicting priorities High level of attention to detail, integrity and reliability Able to work proactively and autonomously with ease Demonstrates a can-do, accommodating attitude behaving with the upmost of integrity and professionalism at all times Experience in influencing management level and above.
