IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS:

All candidates must go through our client's rigorous recruitment process. For any candidate to be considered you will need to go through our client's normal application process. Please note, our client receives hundreds of applications, so it is not humanly possible to speak to each applicant which is why they endeavour to provide all the information you need during the application process.

Our client's promise to you:
- All applications are thoroughly screened by the senior management team and not by robots. The senior management team (time allowing!) review applications on a fortnightly basis
- They never reject an application based solely on the result of the psychometric profile
- They aim to respond to you within two weeks but sometimes this is just not possible
- They review all applications before shortlisting or rejecting any; this means the process is quite lengthy
- Please do not be disheartened if your application is rejected - you are probably a marvellous HR Director but this way of working is not suitable for all and they only take on 1 in 100 applicants
- They take confidentiality very seriously and your personal data is kept strictly for the purposes of your application. A copy of their job applicant notice and GDPR statement is available upon request.
