After-Sales Administrator – High Performance Superb Quality Timber Windows and Doors
Poole
£18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum (Depending on Experience)

The Company
Norrsken supplies superb quality high performance timber and aluminium-clad timber windows and doors to retail customers, self-builders, re-sellers and eco-minded developers. Most products are triple glazed and a number are Passive House certified.

Established for six years, the company is growing rapidly and is already widely known as a leading brand supplier in this marketplace.

The Role
We require a highly organised and articulate individual who is driven to provide excellent customer service and is motivated by a fast-paced, varied job role. Working in the after-sales department, you will liaise closely with supply chain partners, clients and the Site Technician to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will work as part of a team to deal with any after-sales queries or issues that may arise and ensure that they are brought to a satisfactory conclusion quickly and efficiently. You will be willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we continue to achieve a high level of customer service throughout the business.

Job Description

• Liaise closely with clients to keep them fully updated on all after-sales queries and arrange site visits.
• Work with supply chain partners to discuss technical queries and order spare parts.
• Efficiently manage the busy diary of the Site Technician.
• Prepare, issue and monitor receipt of project paperwork in a timely manner.
• General administrative duties.

Some flexibility with hours may be possible for the right candidate.
