We are a national independent Occupational Therapy Practice, with our head office based in the centre of Hook, Hampshire. Due to continued business growth we are currently recruiting a full time, office based Administrative Assistant with excellent people and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with sound administrative skills, particularly in relation to proof reading.

You will join our small and friendly key accounts team, to offer additional administrative assistance in this rapidly expanding area of our business.

Our Key Accounts Administrative Assistants provide administrative support to the Account Manager who oversees all of our active contracts. Utilising your excellent customer service skills you will become familiar with your active contracts, building strong relationships with the therapists and clients.

The personal skills and temperament of the successful candidate will be of great importance. At The OT Practice we pride ourselves on being friendly and caring, but professional.

Skills and Experience Required:

The following skills and qualifications will be required/desirable:

High attention to detail, particularly demonstrable in relation to proof reading reports. Highly competent with computers and online technology (tech savvy). Excellent written and verbal communication skills (phone manner is very important). An interest in occupational therapy would be desirable. Conscientious, hard working and diligent. Ability to meet deadlines. Willing to undertake a DBS check.
